Foundation Repair Service Areas — Ottawa & Immediate Suburbs.
We stay close to home on purpose. Here's where we work — and why we don't go further.
Why we stay close to Ottawa.
A lot of foundation outfits in this city say they cover all of Eastern Ontario. What they actually do is take the call, dispatch a subcontracted crew you've never spoken to, and hope it goes well.
We don't work that way. The whole point of how this business is built is that Stacy is on every job. That math only works if we stay inside a service area he can actually reach the same week. So we do.
If you're outside our area and you got pointed here by a friend or a search, call anyway — we know good people across Eastern Ontario and we'll point you to one.
Areas we serve.
Foundation Repair Ottawa
Central Ottawa, the Glebe, Westboro, Hintonburg, Old Ottawa South, Centretown. Older housing stock, mixed foundation materials (rubble stone, block, poured concrete), urban water tables.
View this area →Foundation Repair Kanata & Stittsville
Newer suburban builds, 80s/90s construction with known weeping-tile age issues, suburban drainage. We respond same-week across both communities.
View this area →Foundation Repair Nepean & Barrhaven
Two completely different housing-age profiles in one ad group. Mid-century block builds in older Nepean. Newer poured concrete in Barrhaven, sometimes on fill.
View this area →Foundation Repair Orleans & Gloucester
East-end Ottawa, with Leda clay (sensitive marine clay) zones in parts. Knowing where the clay is matters for what fix is right.
View this area →Foundation Repair Manotick, Greely & Rural
Farmhouses, century homes, rural lots, wells and septic systems. A different problem set entirely from suburban — and a foundation specialty most contractors don't bother with.

If you're east of Cornwall, west of Carleton Place, or up in the Pontiac, we're not your guys for the actual work — but we know who is. Call and we'll point you to a contractor we trust in your area. We'd rather refer you to someone good than take a job we can't be on.
By neighbourhood.
Each area below has its own page with the specific foundation issues common to that zone: central Ottawa (older housing, mixed materials), Kanata & Stittsville (suburban 80s/90s builds), Nepean & Barrhaven (mid-century block + newer poured), Orleans & Gloucester (Leda clay), and Manotick & Greely (rural, farmhouses).
